*Jerushalome King Shalome

We see historically Jerusalem as the place where the Israelite’s gathered to celebrate the feasts and perform the sacrifices. Jerusalem means city of peace, or city of Shalom. Strong’s concordance connects shalom, with who we know as King Solomon. Solomon means peace. JeruShalom was the city of Solomon. Solomon was the physical representation of the son of David.

We know Christ is the real object of the son of David prophesy because all the gospels refer to Christ as the son of David. Solomon was an earthly fulfillment but he was not eternal so Solomon could not have been what God was referring to with the promise of “your son will build me a house for my name”, 2 Sam 7.13+16.

And this house was the center of the city. It was this city Yerûshâlaim (corrected to Hebrew) that all believers would come at the appointed times to celebrate the feast’s with the sacrifices and rest on the Sabbath. This is what Yahweh meant in Due 12. The Israelite’s having come out of Egypt were told by God to seek the place of the 12 tribes where Yahweh puts His name. It was in this place that the sacrifices would be performed, where they would rejoice and where His rest for them would be.

Jesus comes from the Greek name Joshua, which comes from the Hebrew yehôshûa, and the name means Yah-saved and he brings into the land as promised, meaning the place where the promises are fulfilled.

Now after the land was split up between the tribes they went back to war. In other words coming into that land was not the literal fulfillment of the promise or they would have no wars. They would be at rest. But the Holy Spirit was indicating to them and us, that the promise was not literal. see Hebrews 4.8 .

With this in mind we look at Solomon in the same light. The promise is not literal. If Solomon was the literal fulfillment he would still be alive and reigning in Jerusalem. The people got that and spoke of Christ saying “Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord”.

A question then arises. Does Yahweh put His name on a land or a people or a person?

The old covenant picture was the city. All the sacrifices and the feast’s were in the city. The city was in the land. And from Heb 1.1 god spoke at appointed times in various ways in times past to the fathers, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son. Meaning God communicated to them through these various ways but now the Son supersedes the pictures of something eternal, and brings you into the Eternal saying “The Kingdom of God is at hand”, an invitation still in effect at the time of this writing.

As Christ said “I will no longer speak to you in parables but I will tell you plainly about the Father”. What the land, the city, the sacrifices and the feast’s had taught about God, are now manifest by the son. Meaning, He brings the real deal.

When Moses first saw the Lord he was told “Take your sandals off for where you stand is holy ground”. Then he was instructed to make the things he saw on that mountain that was holy ground. This is where the blueprints and the calendar was obtained for the old covenant.

The whole purpose of the old covenant was to bring a certain people with a certain language to the place to worship God, in a certain land at a certain city on certain days with certain activities. This is very pinpointed and specific, to the law and the Jerusalem back then.

With Christ, John the Baptist said “it is He who comes after me who was preferred before me, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to unloose”.

Instead of taking off sandals like Moses because the ground was holy, this time it was the man that was holy. Don’t touch his sandals. This marked the start of the new covenant. The promises of God were no longer at a certain place on a certain day but a certain person. This is the true place where God put His name, is not a land or a city like the old covenant, but a man, the Son.

Paul says that all the promises of God in Christ are yes and amen. That “in Christ” the promises dwell. All eyes were on the land and the city, are now should be on the Son. We can see that the Holy Spirit indicated that the land was not of this age, that the Son was not of this age. Does it seem strange that the land is not of this age? That the Son is not of this age? It is not the land that is Holy but the true son with Holy sandals He is Holy, and those who are “In Christ” are in the true land where the promises have their reality.

If  the “holy land” has been replaced by the son who is Holy and those who were pictured “in the land” were just learning how to live “in Christ”, meaning the same thing. The same way those who honored King Solomon were learning to honor Christ as the real King.

Earthly Jerusalem or JeruShalom was given a king  Sholom/Solomon. The city wears his name. We bear the name of Christ. We are of his city, we are a royal generation, a holy people. Why? Not because we are in a holy land, for that is an oxymoron but we by faith are in true Holiness or Holy land “in the Son” who has the Name, who sanctified all of this by His blood. He sanctified a people not a place.

So who are the citizens? John 1.13 those born not man or flesh but of God. Who then is the Jew? Rom 2.28 the jew is not the outward appearance but the inward circumcision of the heart.

Where then is Israel? Gal 6.15-16 “in Christ”. The only thing that matters is the new creation, as many as walk by this rule, peace, or Shalome be upon them, upon the true Israel of God.” Amen

It has never been about land and lavished buildings and extravagant festivities. These were all tutors to bring us to faith. To understand their eternal counterpart. (Galatians 4)

In this way, The Kingdom of God is at hand. Amen!

*Answer of a Good Conscience. Peter 3.21

ANSWER OF A GOOD CONSCIENCE 1 PETER 3.21

Peter was speaking of the baptism in chapter 3 he says. there is also an antitype that saves us namely baptism. not the removal of the filth of the flesh but an answer of a good conscience toward God, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ. who has ascended into heaven and is at the right hand of God, angels and authorities and powers having been made subject to Him.t

Here is a remarkable truth. It is not necessary for God to need our bodies out of the way to get on with us in a relationship like He had with Adam and Eve. It is the marred conscience that is in the way. He requires us to have a good conscience and this is the gift we get by identifying with Christ on the cross. But we don’t stay at the cross. We move on as God allows.

1 Peter 4.1 Therefor since Christ suffered in the flesh arm yourself with the same mind, for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin.

It does not say arm your body, or kill your body but arm your mind. It is here we find the gift, for Christ by the grace of God has tasted death for every man, especially those who believe. The question then is if we arm our mind what happens to the sin? Isn’t God watching that? Having put off the flesh by faith we have to redefine sin.

In Zach 3 we see Joshua the high priest standing before God and Satan accusing him. The Lord rebuked Satan, then says of Joshua “Is this not a brand plucked from the fire? The Lord instructed those who stood by to remove the filthy garments and to cloth him in rich robes.

We also are a brand plucked from the fire and furnished with rich robes, the righteousness of Christ by faith, and if our conscience or Satan accuse us we have a good answer for a clean conscience. Look at the cross. The glorious reality of this truth is this. We no longer keep track of sin in the old fashion. God doesn’t. Blessed is the man in whom the Lord does not impute sin”. This imputation is the same as an accountant who keeps tabs of debt. Maybe like your credit card monthly bill. But we open up our spiritual billing and the account always reads “paid in full”.

So then here is how we define sin now as it pertains to the clean conscience, the new man.

In Romans 14 Paul was talking about our freedoms when it comes to what day to worship, what foods to eat, what to drink and in general what is our mind set now that we are past sin according to law. Verse 22 do you have faith? And, Happy is he who does not condemn himself in what he approves. But he who doubts is condemned if he eats because he does not eat of faith, (and here is the key) for whatever is not of faith is sin.

Sin relates now to faith being actions in the mind as it pertains to the leading of God, verses the body carried away with cravings. If we understand as it says in Hebrews 11.6 that without faith it is impossible to please God, we learn that it is more important to follow His Spirit then to go back to law. We know if an external law helped, Christ would not have gone to the cross. This then is the struggle of the flesh, we would rather have a list of “thou shalt not” on the refrigerator than to follow the spirit. Then to follow the unction of the Spirit.

So then when Satan, ourselves or anybody accuses us and tries to put us on the defense and throw our minds into a whirlwind of apologizing, making excuses, and confessing we have an answer of a good conscience. This becomes the act of faith that pleases God. With Joshua the Lord had the sin removed and had him robed in fine linen and we do that by faith. This pleases God.

I do not taint my relationship with my heavenly Father by dwelling on sin in the flesh. It is an insult to the Spirit of grace. The sin factor is gone in the spirit, in the heavens and in our minds if our mind is set on the Spirit, the things that are above, This pleases God. We are unobstructed and unhindered, without excuse to relate to God. Let nothing come between you and that. When we hear correction from the heavenly voice we make the necessary adjustments in our walk and move on.

Back to 1 Peter we read that Satan is like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour whom resist steadfast in the faith,  knowing that the same is being experienced by your brotherhood in the world.”

Here is the key. Are we “in Christ” or “in the world”? If we succumb to the accusations like Joshua, we have to ask ourselves are we in the flesh or in faith. For if you are in the flesh, you are in the world where Satan is active. If you are in the faith Satan’s words fall on deaf ears. God is not listening, He is not imputing. Why are we.

This is where we appropriate our faith and give God the Glory. Instead of apologizing for yet another short coming on our part, bless God because he paved the way once for all. This is faith and this pleases God. He really is not happy with continual apologies and confessions as though that keeps us clean like the continual sacrifices of old. He didn’t like that either. But he likes an answer of a clear conscience washed by the blood of the lamb. The accuser of the brethren is cast down when we do that. We are accounted as seated with Him in heavenly places. Far above all powers and principalities. The roaring lion becomes  toothless road kill .

Here are a couple other verses that expand on this

Heb 10.1-22 with sin gone by faith, another act of faith is to enter the holiest of all by the blood of Christ.
John 17.15 Christ prayed not that we would be taken out of the world but that we would be protected from evil.
1 John 2.12-14 are the words that “you have overcome the wicked one’.

My work of faith is to follow the Holy Spirit. I do not glorify Satan for any of his mischievousness for he is limited to what God allows him. Like the serpent who was a staff in Moses hand, so is Satan in the hand of Christ, all power and authority having been given to Him.  It is when I test the boundaries of the promise. To be in Christ by faith, or in the world. If I fill myself with the spirit and not the world satan stands no chance.

This obviously does not apply to murderers, fornicators and such. On gray area items Paul said. “I am free to do all things, I will not be subject to the power of them.”  If you can’t control it you may be giving room to the enemy.
Accept the gift of a clear conscience and explore the greater realities in Christ. In this way,
The Kingdom of God is at hand.

THE WISDOM SOLOMON MET. EXCERPTS FROM THE BOOK OF SOLOMON IN THE KING JAMES BIBLE

I have found it unfortunate that steps taken by the church fathers to protect their form of religion and to promote their doctrines have truncated the word and purpose of God.

Having seen the Holy Spirit in the bible as the comforter, another helper so you are not left orphans and as the gift given in place of Jerusalem, I decided to dig a little deeper and this is something I found to help me understand the 3rd person in the Godhead. The Wisdom Solomon knew is this person. Solomon,s name means “peace”. With Solomon as Davids son and king, with his wife and city Jerusalem, meaning city of peace. So you have the king of peace in the city of peace. But these were only pictures given to teach us about those whom we cannot see. So may we introduce to you “King Shaloman in Jerusalem-shalom. Same root words. This ones name is Wisdom.

Blessings

1.3 For froward thoughts separate from God: and his power, when it is tried, reproveth the unwise.

4 For into a malicious soul wisdom shall not enter; nor dwell in the body that is subject unto sin.

5 For the holy spirit of discipline will flee deceit, and remove from thoughts that are without understanding, and will not abide

when unrighteousness cometh in.

6 For wisdom is a loving spirit; and will not acquit a blasphemer of his words: for God is witness of his reins, and a true beholder of his heart, and a hearer of his tongue.

7 For the Spirit of the Lord filleth the world: and that which containeth all things hath knowledge of the voice.

6.12 Wisdom is glorious, and never fadeth away: yea, she is easily seen of them that love her, and found of such as seek her.

13 She preventeth them that desire her, in making herself first known unto them.  John 14.17

14 Whoso seeketh her early shall have no great travail: for he shall find her sitting at his doors.

15 To think therefore upon her is perfection of wisdom: and whoso watcheth for her shall quickly be without care.

16 For she goeth about seeking such as are worthy of her, sheweth herself favourably unto them in the ways, and meeteth them in every thought.

17 For the very true beginning of her is the desire of discipline; and the care of discipline is love;

18 And love is the keeping of her laws; and the giving heed unto her laws is the assurance of incorruption;

19 And incorruption maketh us near unto God:

20 Therefore the desire of wisdom bringeth to a kingdom.

21 If your delight be then in popthrones and sceptres, O ye kings of the people, honour wisdom, that ye may reign for evermore.

22 As for wisdom, what she is, and how she came up, I will tell you, and will not hide mysteries from you: but will seek her out from the beginning of her nativity, and bring the knowledge of her into light, and will not pass over the truth.

23 Neither will I go with consuming envy; for such a man shall have no fellowship with wisdom.

7.6 For all men have one entrance into life, and the like going out.

7 Wherefore I prayed, and understanding was given me: I called upon God, and the spirit of wisdom came to me.

8 I preferred her before sceptres and thrones, and esteemed riches nothing in comparison of her.

9 Neither compared I unto her any precious stone, because all gold in respect of her is as a little sand, and silver shall be counted as clay before her.

10 I loved her above health and beauty, and chose to have her instead of light: for the light that cometh from her never goeth out.

11 All good things together came to me with her, and innumerable riches in her hands.

12 And I rejoiced in them all, because wisdom goeth before them: and I knew not that she was the mother of them.

13 I learned diligently, and do communicate her liberally: I do not hide her riches.

14 For she is a treasure unto men that never faileth: which they that use become the friends of God, being commended for the gifts that come from learning.

15 God hath granted me to speak as I would, and to conceive as is meet for the things that are given me: because it is he that leadeth unto wisdom, and directeth the wise.

7

22 For wisdom, which is the worker of all things, taught me: for in her is an understanding spirit holy, one only, manifold, subtil, lively, clear, undefiled, plain, not subject to hurt, loving the thing that is good quick, which cannot be letted, ready to do good,

23 Kind to man, steadfast, sure, free from care, having all power, overseeing all things, and going through all understanding, pure, and most subtil, spirits.

24 For wisdom is more moving than any motion: she passeth and goeth through all things by reason of her pureness.

25 For she is the breath of the power of God, and a pure influence flowing from the glory of the Almighty: therefore can no defiled thing fall into her.

26 For she is the brightness of the everlasting light, the unspotted mirror of the power of God, and the image of his goodness.

27 And being but one, she can do all things: and remaining in herself, she maketh all things new: and in all ages entering into holy souls, she maketh them friends of God, and prophets.

28 For God loveth none but him that dwelleth with wisdom.

29 For she is more beautiful than the sun, and above all the order of stars: being compared with the light, she is found before it. .

8.

1 Wisdom reacheth from one end to another mightily: and sweetly doth she order all things.

2 I loved her, and sought her out from my youth, I desired to make her my spouse, and I was a lover of her beauty.

3 In that she is conversant with God, she magnifieth her nobility: yea, the Lord of all things himself loved her.

4 For she is privy to the mysteries of the knowledge of God, and a lover of his works.

5 If riches be a possession to be desired in this life; what is richer than wisdom, that worketh all things?

6 And if prudence work; who of all that are is a more cunning workman than she?

7 And if a man love righteousness her labours are virtues: for she teacheth temperance and prudence, justice and fortitude: which are such things, as en can have nothing more profitable in their life.

8 If a man desire much experience, she knoweth things of old, and conjectureth aright what is to come: she knoweth the subtilties of speeches, and can expound dark sentences: she foreseeth signs and wonders, and the events of seasons and times.

9 Therefore I purposed to take her to me to live with me, knowing that she would be a counsellor of good things, and a comfort in cares and grief.

10 For her sake I shall have estimation among the multitude, and honour with the elders, though I be young.

11 I shall be found of a quick conceit in judgment, and shall be admired in the sight of great men.

12 When I hold my tongue, they shall bide my leisure, and when I speak, they shall give good ear unto me: if I talk much, they shall lay their hands upon their mouth.

13 Moreover by the means of her I shall obtain immortality, and leave behind me an everlasting memorial to them that come after me.

14 I shall set the people in order, and the nations shall be subject unto me.

15 Horrible tyrants shall be afraid, when they do but hear of me; I shall be found good among the multitude, and valiant in war.

16 After I am come into mine house, I will repose myself with her: for her conversation hath no bitterness; and to live with her hath no sorrow, but mirth and joy.

17 Now when I considered these things in myself, and pondered them in my heart, how that to be allied unto wisdom is immortality;

18 And great pleasure it is to have her friendship; and in the works of her hands are infinite riches; and in the exercise of conference with her, prudence; and in talking with her, a good report; I went about seeking how to take her to me.

19 For I was a witty child, and had a good spirit.

20 Yea rather, being good, I came into a body undefiled.

21 Nevertheless, when I perceived that I could not otherwise obtain her, except God gave her me; and that was a point of wisdom also to know whose gift she was; I prayed unto the Lord, and besought him, and with my whole heart I said,

9.

1 O God of my fathers, and Lord of mercy, who hast made all things with thy word,

2 And ordained man through thy wisdom, that he should have dominion over the creatures which thou hast made,

3 And order the world according to equity and righteousness, and execute judgment with an upright heart:

4 Give me wisdom, that sitteth by thy throne; and reject me not from among thy children:

5 For I thy servant and son of thine handmaid am a feeble person, and of a short time, and too young for the understanding of judgment and laws.

6 For though a man be never so perfect among the children of men, yet if thy wisdom be not with him, he shall be nothing regarded.

7 Thou hast chosen me to be a king of thy people, and a judge of thy sons and daughters:

8 Thou hast commanded me to build a temple upon thy holy mount, and an altar in the city wherein thou dwellest, a resemblance of the holy tabernacle, which thou hast prepared from the beginning.

9 And wisdom was with thee: which knoweth thy works, and was present when thou madest the world, and knew what was acceptable in thy sight, and right in thy commandments.

10 O send her out of thy holy heavens, and from the throne of thy glory, that being present she may labour with me, that I may know what is pleasing unto thee.

11 For she knoweth and understandeth all things, and she shall lead me soberly in my doings, and preserve me in her power.

17 And thy counsel who hath known, except thou give wisdom, and send thy Holy Spirit from above?

18 For so the ways of them which lived on the earth were reformed, and men were taught the things that are pleasing unto thee, and were saved through wisdom.

10.

1 She preserved the first formed father of the world, that was created alone, and brought him out of his fall,

2 And gave him power to rule all things.

3 But when the unrighteous went away from her in his anger, he perished also in the fury wherewith he murdered his brother.

4 For whose cause the earth being drowned with the flood, wisdom again preserved it, and directed the course of the righteous in a piece of wood of small value.

5 Moreover, the nations in their wicked conspiracy being confounded, she found out the righteous, and preserved him blameless unto God, and kept him strong against his tender compassion toward his son.

6 When the ungodly perished, she delivered the righteous man, who fled from the fire which fell down upon the five cities.

7 Of whose wickedness even to this day the waste land that smoketh is a testimony, and plants bearing fruit that never come to ripeness: and a standing pillar of salt is a monument of an unbelieving soul.

8 For regarding not wisdom, they gat not only this hurt, that they knew not the things which were good; but also left behind them to the world a memorial of their foolishness: so that in the things wherein they offended they could not so much as be hid.

9 Rut wisdom delivered from pain those that attended upon her.

10 When the righteous fled from his brother’s wrath she guided him in right paths, shewed him the kingdom of God, and gave him knowledge of holy things, made him rich in his travels, and multiplied the fruit of his labours.

11 In the covetousness of such as oppressed him she stood by him, and made him rich.

12 She defended him from his enemies, and kept him safe from those that lay in wait, and in a sore conflict she gave him the victory; that he might know that goodness is stronger than all.

13 When the righteous was sold, she forsook him not, but delivered him from sin: she went down with him into the pit,

14 And left him not in bonds, till she brought him the sceptre of the kingdom, and power against those that oppressed him: as for them that had accused him, she shewed them to be liars, and gave him perpetual glory.

15 She delivered the righteous people and blameless seed from the nation that oppressed them.

16 She entered into the soul of the servant of the Lord, and withstood dreadful kings in wonders and signs;

17 Rendered to the righteous a reward of their labours, guided them in a marvellous way, and was unto them for a cover by day, and a light of stars in the night season;

18 Brought them through the Red sea, and led them through much water:

19 But she drowned their enemies, and cast them up out of the bottom of the deep.

20 Therefore the righteous spoiled the ungodly, and praised thy holy name, O Lord, and magnified with one accord thine hand, that fought for them.

21 For wisdom opened the mouth of the dumb, and made the tongues of them that cannot speak eloquent.

Ex-Resurrection, the Ascention

Acts 4.20 We cannot but speak the things we have seen and heard.  These are the words of Peter spoke to Jews when they arrested him. Sounds like the words Jesus spoke to Nicodemus, that “We speak what We know and testify what We have seen”. Peter may have understood the plurality of God in himself as Jesus displayed as should we.
Paul had first hand insight to the plurality of God dwelling in us. He knows when the plurality is present in him or if he just speaks on his own authority, meaning solo. Read I Cor 7.25+40 as examples.
We make this point because God does not want us to be in darkness, meaning uncertainty. We can “walk in the light as He is in the light”.
I was drawn to Philippian 3 this morning to dig into, having my proverbial knife and fork in hand, bib under my chin, seated at the Kings table, partaking of this great feast. For We often sup together (Rev 3.20).
My focus was to return to vs 10. where I had previously caught a glimpse of the ascension as our proper focus. It reads “that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection (anastasis), and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death,  if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection (ex-anastasis)  from the dead”.
In researching the greek words interpretated “resurrection” used two times in that passage, I find the translators again show their confusion. These are two different words for resurrection. One of them arises from the other. The first use for the word “resurrection” is the word “anastasis” and is rightly translated “resurrection”. The second time resurrection is used is the word “ex-anastasis”, which they also translate resurrection, and that was a blunder.
This is the one and only time in the scriptures “ex” is used with “anastasis”. So one could simply deduce that they are NOT the same and should not have been translated the same or Paul would have used the word “anastasis” twice instead of adding an “ex” attached to the front of them which explicitly differentiates it from the other. When you are in a thing, to leave is to exit. This is a more appropriate view of anastasis and ex-anastasis. The second one leaves the first.
I believe Paul was showing us a difference and  even a contrast. Ex-anastasis, meaning out of resurrection. Ex means out like exit. Pauls inference to leave the resurrection was referring to the ascention as an object of our faith. A topic largely overlooked in scripture, but part and parcel of the gospel.
So as a believer you are in the resurrection from baptism, being raised to newness of life “In Christ”, which Paul commonly teaches, like in Romans and elsewhere. That you are raised from the dead, for you to be able to ascend. This is the correct picture of the resurrection (from the dead) to then ascend is more accurate.
This is why Paul wrote in the same chapter “ I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” Describing for us and elevation change.
So you can be called “ex” out of the resurrection, like popcorn in a pan. We reach forward in the faith. To know the “resurrection” or the “power of the resurrection” is the ascention. It’s the difference of seeing a rocket on the ground verses experiencing the take off. Arise, let us go up from here, as Christ commonly said. This is clearly what Paul is trying to convey here in Philippians 3 by saying things like “I press towards the prize, the upward (ascending) call”, and “I leave those things behind and reaching forward (ascending,) to those things that are ahead” or above. And “as many as are mature have this mind”.
Paul goes on to say “follow my example’. And his focus is then stated in verse 20 saying, “For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. So to ex-anastasis, ex-out of the resurrection is to look to the things above and ascend, (Col3.1) Look to the things that are not seen (I Cor 4.20). Or even like in Hebrews 11 that “they looked to the city whose builder and maker is God”.
To put this into proper perspective, I was watching a Youtube clip about “Christian Zionist” and the push to support Israel, Jerusalem, and a third temple. It was Christian leaders with  Zionist Jews. To this Paul addresses perfectly as a contrast of focus, stating,  “Brethren, join me in following my example, and note those who so walk, as you have us for a pattern. For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ, whose end is destruction, whose god is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who set their mind on earthly things. For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.
So if we are hidden “in  Christ” to be revealed in the last time, that we will appear with Him in Glory? Don”t short sell your inheritance. Don”t be like Esau who traded his inheritance for an earthly morsal. For that is what we do if we buy into the lie of an earthly city for god. That is dispicable.
Hold fast to the word of faith, for in due time we will reap if we do not faint.
So which Kingdom is ours? I think the distinction is clear. For as many as have this hope? Peace be upon them, upon the Israel of God.
For those who understand old testament pictures, When Abram went into Egypt he said that Sarah was his sister. Why? Because he was afraid they would kill him. And rightly so, those in the world, in Egypt, kill the Bridegroom and take the bride to themselves. They build the city. They deny Christ, the King of that city, the true city, they build a counterfeit. Be it Rome, Mecca, or Jerusalem.
As many as are mature look to our citizenship from above.
The Kingdom of God is at hand, as you arise in understanding. Blessings

PILGRIMS

We are Pilgrims. Yes we have an eternal hope, which means we are on a heavenly journey. This journey is pictured in scripture as, going up to Zion and going up to Jerusalem. It is growing in the understanding and the internal likeness of our risen Lord.

He said to “follow me that where I am you may be also”. He said “tell the others that I have ascended to my God and your God, to My Father and your Father.” This is our journey and our pilgrimage. This is seeking the things that are above. “Where Christ is sitting at the right hand of the Father”. This should be our focus. As Paul said “to lay hold of why Christ laid hold of me.
For the spirit and purpose of prophesy is the Revelation of Jesus Christ. “Lo the volume of the book is written of me”. To shine the eternal light on the Son seated now with the father in Glory, as being our objective of faith.
The purpose of the Holy Spirit according to Jesus is to “take what is mine and declare it to you”. “To tell you things to come” as it pertains to the invisible Kingdom. If I may translate, “to take what is mine, break it down in small enough pieces for human consumption”, divided up in feast days and priestly services, better seen in the life of Jesus on earth as the bread of life, to understand our sanctification and heavenly calling.
We being called both Priests and Kings in His Kingdom need to understand both the sacrifice and the reward. The resurrection and the ascension. Our flesh may be deprived of these things but as we are instructed to “recon our bodies dead”, to be alive in the Spirit so we can recon other things also.
If we don’t learn this one tool “to recon”, meaning to consider and appropriated by faith, then we might as well throw away the first 8 chapters in the book of Romans. “It is God who gives life to the dead and calls those things that do not exist as though they do. Paul’s point is our body is dead because of sin but alive because of His Holy Spirit who now dwells in us.
This is the premise of our faith. He calls things into existence we cannot see, and this is what we will be judged by as believers. If we believe or not. “Hath God really said?” Our flesh always sides with the Devil because “The carnal mind is enmity with God. It is not subject to the laws of God and neither indeed can be so then those who come to God in the flesh cannot please Him”. Meaning the carnal demands are at war with The Father. As Christ rebuked Peter saying “get behind me Satan for you are not mindful of the things of God but of man”. Showing us that Peter was still operating off his old nature.
But “we by the Spirit thus judge that if one man died for all then all are dead”. We live in Zombie land. Now what do we do? We judge some more and we recon some more, we believe some more. Faith being the substance of things not seen that we collect in the Spirit of our minds.
I believe that is what overcomes the obstacles pictured to Joshua and Caleb. Yep we saw the great deliverance from Egypt, and we saw our enemies drowned by the water of the Red sea, but that’s it. If we can’t see it with our eyes we won’t believe it? Our carnal mind will lay things out on a time frame and call it “dispensations”, then we will see it and believe it? Like Thomas said, “Unless I put my fingers in the wounds”. Or of Mary regarding Lazarus, “Lord if you had only been here, by now he stinketh. And Jesus wept”. But not over Lazarus death, but because that is not an obstacle for Him, but our unbelief is. That is Christ wept.
From 1st John, What overcomes the world? Our faith. Not the facts or our deeds.
Let us define the initial topic of “pilgrimage”. This being the journey from when we first stepped into “the promised land” shown in the book of Joshua. The passing over into it though baptism, which portrays us being baptized into Christ, now being in Christs promises. This is the true promise land being His Word, we now journey to The City of God. We now grow in understand by revelation of us seated with our Lord in his Kingdom that is “not of this age”, meaning not of this creation, being the place we are called. The heavenly, invisible one. The one that some in this age experience now by faith.
Hebrews 12.22

22 But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, 23 to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect (of which they acquired while they were in the flesh). 24 to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.”

Hear the Heavenly Voice

25 See that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if they did not escape who refused Him who spoke on earth, how much more shall we NOT escape, if we turn away from Him who speaks from heaven, 26 whose voice then shook the earth; but now He has promised, saying, “Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven.” 27 Now this, “Yet once more”, indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain.” So we should know what composition to expect.

28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear (not to be mistaken for an Adam like, self preserving fear.  29 For our God is a consuming fire.”

Now we will see that the mindset of pilgrimage is a key to the kingdom now, by faith, from Psalms 84.5-7

Blessed is the man whose strength is in You,
Whose heart is set on pilgrimage.
6 As they pass through the Valley of Baca,
They make it a spring;
The rain also covers it with pools.
7 They go from strength to strength;
Each one appears before God in Zion”.

Even Moses understood the pilgrimage and the heavenly place for us that the Lord built with His hands, meaning not of this creation. Here from the song of Moses in Ex 15, which if you remember it was also sung in the book of Revelation.
Ex 15. 17 You (God) will bring them (His people) in and plant them

In the mountain of Your inheritance,
In the place, O Lord, which You have made
For Your own dwelling,
The sanctuary, O Lord, which Your hands have established.” And not the works of men.

That is the focus. Eternal, Holy, separate from sinners and this created realm down here.

So then, “Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord?
Or who may stand in His holy place?
He who has clean hands and a pure heart,
Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol,
Nor sworn deceitfully.
He shall receive blessing from the Lord,
And righteousness from the God of his salvation.
6 This is Jacob, the generation of those who seek Him,
We who seek Your face. Selah
The Kingdom of God is at hand in this way.

Tomb where no man lay

TOMB WHERE NO MAN LAY.

The eternal gift of life is timeless. What has been given to us “In Christ” cannot not be lost or taken away because it is not related to the creation of emc=square of time and matter or any of things made from the Big Bang. That is why we are instructed to not look at the things that are seen for the things that are seen are temporary but the things that are unseen are eternal. The gift from God can never be seen with human eyes. “Flesh and blood does not inherit the kingdom”. For even Christ himself, the one who brought immortality to light through the gospel, did not appear in His royalty. And His own words? “My Kingdom is not of this age”. Meaning this creation that we physically experience.

We are called to His eternal Glory. Paul said “to be found “In Him” not having my own righteousness but that which is by faith in Jesus Christ. Paul also said of his listeners that it was his desire to present them to the Lord as “chaste virgins”. This has nothing to do with our humanity or our past, of which Paul counted all as dung, but it has everything to do with us being found “in Christ”.

We see in Zechariah 3 Joshua the high priest standing before the Lord and Satan accusing him. And what did the Lord say of Joshua? Is this not a brand plucked from the fire? The Lord proceeded to instruct those who stood by to “take away the filthy garments, see I will clothe you with rich robes”. Those who stand before the Lord, and we all do if we have His Spirit, are never seen by Him in our old nature. For “even the holy angels behold the face of the Father when they see these little ones”. Us. It is only our guilty conscience and the fallen angels that try to drag our stinky old carcass into the presence of our Father. Like a cat dragging a half dead rat into the house. Get that thing out of here!

And this is what we do whenever we bring before the Lord our failures or our human accomplishments, good and bad. Our continual confessing of sin or bragging are equally repulsive to the Father. When it comes to sin His answer has always been the same. He dealt with it at the cross. Both of those actions deny the perfect offering, the sinless sacrifice, the lamb without spot or blemish. The one who died to free us from sin. Anytime we try to drag are old carcass into His presence it is as if we say ” No Christ wasn’t enough”. Even from Hebrews 10.2 that the worshipers once purged should have no consciousness of sin. Receive this gift for it is part of the package.

The Lord acknowledges those who exist on the resurrection side of the cross. This is why “if anyone is “In Christ” he is a new creation, all things are made new”. We offer ourselves living sacrifices which is our new spiritual man. As we learn to put on Christ we find ourselves in a place where no man can go, where no man has been, meaning those born from Adam.

You see Christ came to us by a virgin birth and He lay down after the cross in a tomb no man lay in before to display this truth. The place where He came from and where He went has nothing to do with man or time and matter And as we accept the gift, the new creation in His like likeness, the one who is spirit and truth, we too are found, that is our souls that have been purified by the word of truth, we are found as a tomb where no man lay and like the virgin whom no man has defiled. A place before and after all humanity Why? Because that is the timeless eternal gift spotless, pure and undefilable reserved for us in heaven. Which cannot be tainted by humanity and that includes our old dead carcass of a man.

Our human body and our mind as it relates to our old self are non existent and have no place before the throne of God. They are pre-Christ and unclean and nothing that is defiled can enter. The sacrifice you take into His presence is His Son Himself and that is what He sees in us. If there was any other acceptable gift then the Son, then the Son died in vain. This is what it means to be found “in Him’.

Are we “in Christ” or “in the world”? Are we trying to bring the half dead rat into the house of God? Are we offering up continual efforts of doing the best we can and covering our short comings with confessions instead of His blood? This is where Satan wants you to confuse you. The roaring lion who is seeking whom he may devour, knowing that this suffering is experienced by our brotherhood where? “in the world”. To that I say, get “in Christ”. Put on the “new man”.

I John 2.12+ I write to you children because your sins are forgiven for His names sake. I write to you new men because you have overcome the wicked one, and because you are strong and the word of God abides in you.

In That Day

IN THAT DAY

The Coming of the Kingdom, by faith or fact?

Lk17.20 Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation; 21 nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’[a] For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.”

22 Then He said to the disciples, “The days will come (like today) whenyou will desire to see one of the days of the Son of Man, and you will not see it. 23 And they will say to you, ‘Look here!’ or ‘Lookthere!’[b] Do not go after them or follow them.

John 19.36 36 Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Jews; but now My kingdom is not from here.”

Christ clearly states that His Kingdom is of a different make up. He indicates that with the temple too when He said He would rebuild the it in 3 days. He was talking about His body. Subsequently we see the brick temple of that day ripped from top to bottom to where “the earth quaked, and the rocks were split”. Mt 27.51. Totally condemned and put out of business. Any structure of our day with that damage would not allow access but tear it down. But He rose victorious. And of that old age of a physical kingdom being Jerusalem, in Mt 11.13 that “all the law and the prophets were until John” the baptist. Meaning that all the pictures that were played out through the feasts and the sacrifices in the tabernacle/temple, were pictures of the eternal reality, the invisible kingdom, but not the kingdom itself. So when Christ kept saying “the Kingdom of God/Heaven is at hand” He meant right here right now!  The whole old order had expired as seen as the main theme in the book of Hebrews. 8.1 Now this is the main point of the things we are saying: We have such a High Priest, who isseated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens, 2 a Minister of the sanctuary and of the true tabernacle which the Lord erected, and not man. And again in Heb 8 13 In that He says, “A new covenant,” He has made the first obsolete.(mosaic) Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away. (the city the temple and the sacrifices up to 70 a.d.by Titus) So then the law, the sacrifices, the temple, the city, and the land have all expired as having had only temporary, pictorial meaning to describe the eternal. Eye has not seen nor cannot see the kingdom of God, nor ever will. But it is revealed by the spirit. So Christ truly set up the Kingdom to those born of the spirit, even as Paul said in Galatians that we are born from above, heavenly Jerusalem. So it is from that place that we are of the new creation, as Paul said in 2 Cor  17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.  So flesh and blood does not inherit the kingdom. I Cor 15.50  Once again in John 4 when Christ was talking to the lady at the well, 21 Jesus said to her, “Woman, believe Me, the hour is coming when you will neither on this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, worship the Father.23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. 24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” I plead with you not to follow the seekers of a kingdom on earth. Or even as Paul pleaded in Cor 5.20 “be ye reconciled” 6.2 2 For He says:

“In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you.”[a]

Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.

Too many people are looking over there when it is right here, “at hand”

Is Christ really coming down in this age to sit on some silly chair in a temple made by men?

Look at what YHWH told Ezekiel when he was taken up in visions to see something like the structure of a city. Ez 40.2. After an in-depth examination of that city in that heavenly vision he was instructed to “describe the temple to the people of Israel that they may be ashamed. Ez 43.10

Ashamed of what? At the notion that YHWH dwells in buildings made in this age by masons. Acts 17.24, Ex 20.25

This may be hard to receive but that whole thing going on in modern day Israel is anti-Christ. Not only is Christ the Temple, but the true city is a timeless eternal one (Heb 12.22, Mt 25.34) Anything else is a counterfeit. And we can say this also of “the land”. Let me demonstrate from scripture.
In Ex 4.22 the Lord said “Israel is my son, my firstborn“  Well we know Christ really is, but Israel is a picture of Christ. And we know they divided up the inheritance in Joshua and Israel became a land, hence “The promised land”. But Christ is the true son and the true land. That is why the “promised land” is not mentioned once in the New Testament, because those who are truly in the land, are in Christ, are in the firstborn, are in His Son, are in the spirit, and livingin His promises they are born from above and of that kingdom.
So since we are hid in Him (Col 3.1) let us seek the things that are in Him and not in the world. Keeping our eyes on Him and His kingdomthat is “not like this world”. Let us now enjoy the things He reveals to us by the spirit and the fruits of that Kingdom, looking for the blessed hope of being revealed with the One of whom we now enjoy being in His presence .

The Calendar, New Moon or New Month?

STRONGS #2320 NEW MOON? OR MONTH

I find it interesting that Judaism, Messianic’s, Ephramite’s, Nasarene’s and sacred namers for the most part use the lesser light of the night to rule their days, months and years. Doesn’t Islam, Wickans, Pagans, satanist and other cults do this?
Let’s look at this.

In the Strongs concordance from the Hebrew it translates chodesh # 2320 as months with the exception of when it is used for new moon only 8 out of about 250 times, and only in connection to the phrase “new moon”. Other than those 8 times, it is never used in equation with the luminary called the “moon”, just in reference to the measurement of time. New moon could easily be a mis-translation.

Strongs translates Yareach # 3391-4 as moon. These are associated with luminaries and the heavens. There are few times this word for moon is translated “month”. Usually in connection with pagan month names possibly in reference to pagan names brought up from Egypt and in exile in Babylon.

Other than the already mentioned minor exceptions moon/yareach and, month/chodesh are not interchangeable. New moons [2320] should be translated new months because it refers to times, not luminaries, where it is always translated months.

There goes the verses supporting a moon month from the scriptures.

Think about the moon as an anti-type. In size its about the same as the sun to the naked eye, but infinitely smaller. It possesses no light of itself. It is called the lesser light in importance but it determines the days months and years? Mmh! What does the sun do?

The only feast celebrated by night is the Passover. Which pictures coming out of darkness into the light.

My research has led me to Enoch’s calendar or also known as the Essene calendar, which is more stable then the Gregorian calendar.

The point is this. God gave a miraculous clock in the sky and it’s not the moon. To the one who sets us free, why would he bind us to laborious task of following the moon?

More important is the admonition by Paul from Galatians 4.9-11

But now after you have known God, or rather are known by God, how is it that you turn again to the weak and beggarly elements, to which you desire again to be in bondage? 10 You observe days and months and seasons and years. 11 I am afraid for you, lest I have labored for you in vain.

PRIVATE: 2. HOLY SPIRIT IS FEMALE. GREEK GENDER AUTOU MEANS SELF NOT HE OR HIM

The following information was copied from the link below.  I have found that the translators from Greek to English chose to interpret the Holy Spirit as “He” and “Him”. Not only did they select to make the Spirit male, they chose to capitalize all references that one.

The point is this. There is more indications that the Holy Spirit is feminine. God in the beginning chose to reveal Himself in male and female. Gen 1.27 So God created man in His image. In the image of God He created him male and female. The purpose was to reveal Himself through Adam and Eve the parents of the first creation who were contrasts of the Bride and Bridegroom of the new creation, being the Word of God and the Breath, or Spirit of God. Those of the new creation are born of the Word and Spirit, both being equally and fully God. Please read the 1st article on this topic for a fuller understanding before you proceed.

Note: This pronoun is generally part of the translation of a verb. Frequently it translates the article before
nouns, adjectives, numerals, adverbs, prepositional phrases and the participial form of verbs. Apart from
these it translates one of the following:
1. autos ^846^, “he himself and no other,” emphatic, e. g., <Matt. 1:21>, where the RV brings out the
emphasis by the rendering “it is He”; <3:11> (last clause), where the repeated “He” brings out the emphasis;
in some cases it can be marked only by a circumlocution which would not constitute a translation, e. g.,
<8:24>; this use is very frequent, especially in the Gospels, the epistles of John and the Apocalypse; see
also, e. g., <Eph. 2:14; 4:11; 5:23,27>. See SAME, SELF, THIS, VERY.
(from Vine’s Expository Dictionary of Biblical Words, Copyright (C) 1985, Thomas Nelson Publishers)
Pronouns have many different uses in Greek.  One of the most common pronouns is autos. Its
ordinary use is to “stand in” for a noun to avoid repitition.  “James loved Mary, but Mary
couldn’t stand James” reduces to “James loved Mary, but she couldn’t stand him”.
In English:  (the third person personal pronoun is used like this)
Masculine  Feminine Neuter
Subjective: he   he it
Possessive: his her its
Objective: him her it
The only significant difference between the third person pronouns and the first and second is that
the third person singular pronouns HAVE GENDER.  The GENDER and NUMBER of
pronouns are determined by the GENDER and NUMBER of the antecedent, and their case is
determined by their function in the sentence.
In Greek:
Masc Fem Neut     Translation
Nominative: autos aute auto he she it
Gentive: autou autes autou his her its
Dative: auto aute auto to him to her to it
Accusative: auton auten auto him  her itSession 6-7 Addendum 3
We refer to autos in reference in its function as a personal pronoun.  This is because of its
translation in terms of the Holy Spirit as “he” and not “it”.  The words in John 14:17 in reference
to the Holy Spirit is “auto”, what would appear to be the neuter nominative case of the third
personal pronoun.  So, if He is PERSONAL and not IMPERSONAL. or masculine versus
feminine, why would AUTO be used and not AUTOS???
In this use (as a pronoun), the gender of the Greek pronoun (autos in this case) is determined
NOT BY NATURAL GENDER but BY THE GENDER of the ANTECEDENT.  For
example, if the antecedent if “world”, which is kosmos in Greek,  you would use the masculine
form of the pronoun (autos).  However, you would not translate autos as “he” but as “it”.  We
think of the world not as a “he” but as an “it”.  The translation of the of the pronoun is therefore
based on the natural gender of the Greek noun.
Why is the pronoun for the Holy Spirit “it” and not “he” then?  Because pneuma, the Greek
noun in this sentence, which is translated here as “Spirit”, is the ANTECEDENT of the pronoun
“auto”.  The word pneuma is NEUTER in Greek, and therefore, its pronoun SHOULD be
rendered “auto”, the NEUTER third person pronoun in Greek.  However, the English
translation would be rendered based on the NATURAL GENDER of the word being
reference, in this case the Holy Spirit.
How do we then know that the Holy Spirit is masculine, i.e. and therefore PERSONAL. Rom
8:26 is another place where “auto” is used as the pronoun for the Spirit, and this is still because
the antecedant is a NEUTER noun in the Greek:
Rom 8:26 And in the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know
how to pray as we should, but the Spirit

[Pneúma] Himself

[auto]
intercedes for {us} with groanings too deep for words; (NAS)
pneuma = neuter, therefore auto = neuter, i.e. “itself” [KJV]
John 14:17 and Rom 8:26 are confusing only because of our inability to express English
perfectly into Greek. However… every other instance of personal pronoun usage in reference to
the Holy Spirit is MASCULINE, i.e. and therefore personal. ONLY BECA– — USE IT WAS THE TRANSLATERS CHOICE!

hodeegeesei, laleesei, akousei, anangelei = masculine conjugations that
combine “him” with the verb
heautou = masculine, “Himself”
Acts 13:2 And while they were ministering to the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said,
“Set apart for Me

Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called
them.” (NAS)
3427  moi (moy):  KJV– I, me, mine, my. = 1st Person

parakleetos = masculine , therefore eikinos = masculine, i.e. “he”

From the Holy MT Sinai, to The Holy Sandals

FROM THE HOLY MOUNT TO THE HOLY SANDELS

Holy is a funny word. Sometimes we think it means to be pious or self righteous, a state of being perfect or clean or religious. But the truth is, simply put, holy means other dimensional, not of this world, unlike what we can comprehend naturally.

Every time the Mosaic priest and those who did the temple services, washed themselves and put on clean turbines and white linens, they were not making themselves holy but making the point that what they were doing was acting out like actors in a play, the unseen realities in heaven, so that you could see with the eyes in your head, of things that are in the spirit.
Moses went up to the mountain to the burning bush, and was told “take your sandals off, where you are standing is holy ground”. If you think about it that is an oxymoron itself. Holy ground? But he was instructed to take off the sandals, later told to make things according to the pattern seen on that “holy ground”. That God was showing him things from His dimension, the holy one, the invisible one, the place of the before time. The one eyes cannot see,nor can ear hear, but they are made known by the patterns shown at the mount.
The things seen on the holy mount starting with the burning bush were invisible, eternal realities broken down in concept for our understanding. God broken down into smaller concepts for human consumption. So then the eternal image as seen on the mount, was portrayed by them through the feasts, the rituals, the tabernacle and such for, them to understand the invisible.
But with Christ we have a new way, a living way to the Father that replaced those images. The image that now portrays the invisible is Christ. No longer take your sandals off as Moses was told, but keep your hands off Christs sandals. Like John the baptist said ” I am not the Christ, but the One who comes after me, whose sandals I am not worthy to loose”.
All the pictures, patterns and parables of the old from the mount and even the city of earthen Jerusalem had now been expired and found not on a mount or in a city but in the person many today called Jesus, meaning The Christ. As the Father said “this is my beloved Son in whom I am well pleased”. Christ then correctly declares the Father, for “In Him” are all the Fathers invisible attributes, for in Him dwells the fullness of the Godhead body” to include all the aspects of the Father.
From Hebrews 1.1 God who in times past spoke to the fathers by the prophets and in fragments, in these last days He has spoken by the Son. His Son being found in a human body was the final revelation from God. As Christ declared at our crossover “it is finished”.
And from 2 Corinthians 5.17 “We once knew Christ in the flesh but from now on we don’t look at Him like that anymore”. What the old images could not do in that man did not assimilate them into the spirit, (God’s realm) God did, by sending Him in the likeness of the flesh (of something He was not before) condemning sin in the flesh, so that we who no longer walk according to the flesh, fulfill the righteous requirements of the flesh and now walk according to (in obedience and harmony to) the spirit…
This is the purpose of all revelation is for us to assimilate Him, His Kingdom at hand. That is what the new testament phrase of “put Him on” means. To assimilate, to become Him. As He is so are we, as John said.
Here is the scary part. The teaching in Romans 1 it says the gospel is to the Jew first. It says they knew God in all His invisible attributes, eternal power and  Godhead. This they knew from the patterns. But their hearts were darkened and they changed the Glory of the invisible God into an image of corruptible man. This was their first digression and if you study the passage, it is those whom “the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against those who suppress the truth.
My question then is this. Why in the world is it commonly taught that king Jesus will come onto the human stage and set up a kingdom of this world and rule it as a man? This is the same digression as the Jews who provoked the wrath of God. As Christ said “not one stone shall be left upon another”. You see all power from heaven and earth was already given to Him.
This was the lesson of king Saul. The Israelite’s rejected the invisible God from being their king and wanted a man. And what did God give them? Read 1st Samuel 8. Saul was a curse.
You see time and matter are given to us to learn how to assimilate the ever ready always present “kingdom of God”. God is not waiting for another day for King Jesus to do another work. On the cross He said “it is finished” He is waiting for us to wake up! He has delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the Kingdom of His Son. He has given to us everything that pertains to life and Godliness through the knowledge of Him who calls us to glory and virtue, that through these precious promises we are now partakers of the divine nature having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust’s. Need I say more? This is all in the scriptures. God made Him who knew no sin to become sin for us so that we could become Him.
I will end with this thought. Adam was created a man from the earth. He had a relationship with God and severed it with un-faith. Christ restored that so that now we can have what Adam lost. A relationship with the Father right now in our vessels made from clay. If God were to wipe out the earth so that you could get on with knowing Him, He would have to create the same earthly environment with all it’s tests and trials for you to grow in a knowledge of Him. As Christ prayed in John 17, Father I pray that you do not take them out of the world but that you keep them from the evil one.
Today is the day!!!

The Bride and Groom and John the Baptist

The Bridegroom Has the Bride

John the baptist’s disciples were asking him about Christ and he made the most peculiar statement.
Jn2.29 He who has  the bride is the bridegroom; but the friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom’s voice. Therefore this joy of mine is fulfilled.
John was describing to his disciples God’s purpose and mission for him in this life. Which was to baptize Christ, the Son of God. As our Heavenly Father told John “upon whom you see the Spirit descending on and remaining on Him, this is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit”. So “the friend rejoices because he hears the Bridegrooms voice”. John’s purpose was accomplished. This is why John said “They must increase but I must decrease” showing us that John was the last of the prophets of that Jerusalem. John would be beheaded, and that Jerusalem would be plundered “till not one stone shall be left upon another”.
John calls Christ the Bridegroom , and the Holy spirit the bride saying “He who has the Bride is the Brides Groom”. John witnessed the union as he baptized Christ and said “therefor this joy of mine is fulfilled”. Mission accomplished.
Bridegroom is a word for a newly married man, or he would be called a fianc钝. Hence He has the Bride. (past tense) The union is actuated.
The mystery of this baptism/union is this, In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth by His word. God spoke and the word came out of His mouth. The spirit also came out and “brooded over the face of the waters.. As with us when we speak, it is our word pushed by our breath by which we speak. At that point the breath and word are inseparable, then the vibration (word) excels and the breath follows. Hence “Tye Spirit brooded (a thing a mother hen does) over the face of the waters.
So in the beginning the word and breath of God originated from the mind of God being ingenuity, design and a fore knowledge where they all, coequally existed in the place before time we call Eternity, being The very Image of the living God, being split into three parts in this way, making clear to us the original components of the Godhead body. Meaning all that is invisible and eternal exited cohesively together as one. GOD IS ECHAD.
And He chose to give us an understanding of this split in two parts, male and female by creating Am and Eve. Genesis 1.27. “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. Christ is the male image, the Holy Spirit is the female. It is the union of male and female that is called a Marriage. These all came from the Engineer, ingenuity, and designer called the Father who calls us to Himself as we unite with the Word if Hod with the Spirit of God we are the Children of God and one with them.
So in the beginning of creation the Adam/atom was split, and. As for the new creation being the union of Christ and the Spirit. And with us when this union of the word and spirit takes place in us we too are of this union, being a new creation, defined as being “born from above”, taking on the attributes of our parents which are the very Word and Spirit of God. We become Christ like and we become empowered by the Bride, the Holy One, The Holy Spirit and the Unction of God from the Father. Yes She now broods over us like a Mother Hen over Her chicks like She did with Jerusalem of old. We are that Jerusalem’s replacement called “the body of Christ “.
I John says
1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life”. 2 the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us” 3 that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is (emphatically) with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. 4 And these things we write to you that your[a] joy (in the Holy Spirit) may be full.

A Reminder of Kingdom Realities

A REMINDER OF KINGDOM REALITIES NOW

I know you know these things but it’s good to keep it fresh.

Col 1.13 He has delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the Kingdom of His Son.
2 Pet 1.3 His divine power has given us everything that pertains to life and godliness.

2 Pet 1.4 We are partakers of the divine nature having escaped the corruption of the world.

These are all past tense.

Since we have these things our spirit is already where our body wants to go, but our body will never go there.

He has (already) qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance. We don’t need another day.

We are a digit, A singularity, a human, defined as a person in place and time. This is our old nature. It was Christ who became a man for us to become like Him. We knew Him once as a man, a digit, a singularity, but henceforth know we Him like that no more. He is no longer a singularity and if anyone is “in Christ” they are no longer constricted to their old humanity, but are a “new creation” in His image, being ubiquitous. Not being restricted to this creation of time and space. God is spirit and He seeks those to worship Him in spirit and truth.

So being “in Christ”, “in the Spirit”, we have been quickened, we have been translated, we have been Raptured, we are where flesh and blood cannot go. This is why we “know no man, who is a believer, after the flesh” being a digit, a human. “For we have this treasure in earthen vessels for the excellence and the Glory is of God and not our digit. And since we are “in Christ”, “in the Spirit”, we too are partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light right now. Col 1.12

Our carnal desire is to be with Christ in our bodies but this can never be. Flesh and blood does not and cannot inherit the Kingdom and this body does not go there. It is not for the physical eye or the physical ear.

If we were Raptured, or taken away from this world in our current condition, we would freeze in our current condition. “Let him who is unjust be unjust still he who is filthy let him be filthy still, he who is righteous let him be righteous still, he who is holy let him be holy still” Rev 22.11. God would have to re-create the same current earthly conditions to finish His work in us. That is why we are here.

This is why eschatology and end times fascinations can be dangerous by being an escape from the greater work God wants to do in us now. Eschatology focuses on and speaks of another day and derails the work of the Holy Spirit now. Today! If you hear His voice. For there remains a rest for the people of God.

If anything is unfruitful, it is a teaching to the body of Christ that morphs with every new fear, to keep people spiritually paralyzed and focused on that and not real growth. Who does that sound like? I mean Nibiru? Blood moons? What will they think of next? These are carnal fascinations with no eternal fruit.

So why do we need a rapture? To be saved? To be delivered from this evil world? To be quickened? To be translated? This has already happened if you are “in Christ”. And if you are already in His will, why would you want to go somewhere else?

What shall separate us from the love of God “in Christ” Jesus? Height? Depth? Government powers? Demonic principalities? A sword? A famine? Martial law? Through all these we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.

As in Daniel there were 3 men threatened with fire, and their reply? God is able to deliver us from the fire, but even if He doesn’t I will not worship your image. It was in the fire where the forth man was seen. We know who He was. Fear not these end time images they present for they will expire and they will present another. We are where we need to be. In Him.

Ezekiel’s Temple

EZEKIELS TEMPLE

Ezekiel 40
2 In the visions of God He took me into the land of Israel and set me on a very high mountain; on it toward the south was something like the structure of a city.3 He took me there, and behold, there was a man whose appearance was like the appearance of bronze. He had a line of flax and a measuring rod in his hand, and he stood in the gateway.

4 And the man said to me, “Son of man, look with your eyes and hear with your ears, and fix your mind on everything I show you; for you were brought here so that I might show them to you. Declare to the house of Israel everything you see.”

Here we have Christ showing Ezekiel the heavenly city, things in the spirit, current realities for them and us. As Christ had spoke of “the Kingdom prepared for you from the foundations of the world”.

The Lord then tells Ezekiel to explain to the house of Israel to be ashamed because of this vision.

Ezekiel 43.10
“Son of man, describe the temple to the house of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities; and let them measure the pattern. 11 And if they are ashamed of all that they have done, make known to them the design of the temple and its arrangement, its exits and its entrances, its entire design and all its ordinances, all its forms and all its laws. Write it down in their sight, so that they may keep its whole design and all its ordinances, and perform them.

That they may be ashamed? I mean we are talking of the blue print for the 3rd temple aren’t we? Didn’t God give that to us so we can make it? So He can come back and be our King?

Paul said in Acts 17. 24 “God, who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands. 25 Nor is He worshiped with men’s hands, as though He needed anything,

I believe the earthly temple and articles were meant to teach us the greater reality of His unchanging eternal kingdom.

When Christ said “the Kingdom of God is at hand” meaning “right here” the Jewish leaders thought they were running the show. Christ did not deny His kingship but just said His kingdom is not of this age, and offered it to them if they would repent, or “be ashamed”

Christ also took Moses up a “high mountain” and showed him this kingdom. The Lord told him when making these things on earth to “Make all things according to the pattern I showed you on the mount”.

So this is the sin for them to be ashamed. They worshiped the articles and not what they represented. As in Christ’s day when He said “destroy this temple and I will rebuild it in three days” they thought He meant their brick buildings.

With Moses they gallivanted thru the desert carrying the ark of the covenant having the mercy seat with the two tablets in it, yet they did not see the one who sat on it. Although this chair appeared empty, it wasn’t. The ark contained the tablets which were the Words of God Himself, the living word, His words which created all things. Oh the irony. The chair was empty yet the box contained the Living word where all things came. The ark seated empty was full of eternity. And today, some are looking for that wooden box? Some are looking for a red heifer? Some have a fixed gaze upon modern Israel? Anticipating a temple? What then sacrifices?

Tell my people their sin that they may be ashamed. Could our leaders be doing today what they did back then?

Christ goes on to say to Ezekiel 43 12 This is the law of the temple: The whole area surrounding the mountaintop is most holy. Behold, this is the law (immutable truth) of the temple.

We understand through Moses that there is the holies and the “most Holy” or “Holy of Holies. That the Levites, after they kept themselves from strong drink and dressed in fine linen, were able to enter the holies, but the Holy of holies had even higher standards indicating that even after they sanctified themselves and cleaned their flesh up as best as possible, there was still a Holy place unreachable, indicating that there was another dimension off limits to the flesh. as we know this was bridged through Christ by His blood and the chief priest did this once a year to point to that. So we can go boldly to the Holiest. Heb 10.19

What “Most Holy” means is “not like this world”, “another dimension”, alternate reality” the true reality. The originator of all things, the fulfillment of all visions and parables.

In John 16.14 speaks of the Holy Spirit will Glorify Christ, the Holy Spirit will take what is Christ’s and explain it to us. So the question is… is the book about the Jewish people and the renewal of their kingdom? or is it about the revelation of Christ?

Icor 9 But as it is written:
“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,
Nor have entered into the heart of man
The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”[a]

10 But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.

Fortunate for us we have access by faith in Christ which enters behind the veil into this reality. Let us be careful not to mix the unholy with the Holy.

Elijah to restore all things

#1 ELIJAH TO “RESTORE ALL THINGS”

At Christ’s transfiguration the disciples saw Him in His Heavenly state. Having tasted of His eternal reality they asked Him, Why do the scribes say Elijah must come first and restore all things?

Christ reply? ” I say to you Elijah has come already”.

Huh! People still say Elijah is coming even today, but why? To restore an earthly Kingdom?

Mt11.11 Jesus answered and said to them, “Indeed, Elijah is coming first[a] and will restore all things. 12 But I say to you that Elijah has come already, and they did not know him. Do we?

So if Elijah came already what exactly did he restore? The Kingdom?

He can not restore the eternal unshakable Kingdom. (HE12.28)

But he does restore access to that Kingdom through the eternal gospel. As it is today and was back then, it needed to be restored as seen here.

Christ said in Mt 23.13, But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you shut up the kingdom of heaven against men; for you neither go in yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in.

They were in the temple in Jerusalem and Christ said the “Kingdom of God is at hand”, or right here! He wasn’t talking about where they were standing in Jerusalem in the Temple of that day or any day.

John the Baptist made straight the way of the Lord by preaching the “Kingdom of God is at hand” in the desert, away from the “Holy city” and away from  a completed temple.

So what gets restored? Let’s look at Malachi 4 of the prophesy the disciples referred to.

Malachi 4. 5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet
Before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord.
6 And he will turn (restore)
The hearts of the fathers to the children,
And the hearts of the children to their fathers,
Lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.”

Hmm. What does that mean?

Well first bear in mind that all who came out of Egypt by Moses were called “children” That is right. All that are under the law are called children. (Galatians 4.1-3) All of the people of Israel were called children, even adults. Used over 120 times in the old testament “The children of Israel”. Referring to the 12 tribes.

Second, To those children under the law the term “fathers” meant Abraham Isaac and Jacob. This is who they called out to, the God and covenant of Abraham Isaac and Jacob. Used some 40 times.

So now lets dig a little deeper to the source in 1 Kings 18.37, in the prayer of Elijah.

36 And it came to pass, at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that Elijah the prophet came near and said, “Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, (the fathers) let it be known this day that You are God in Israel and I am Your servant, and that I have done all these things at Your word. 37 Hear me, O Lord, hear me, that this people may know that You are the Lord God, and that You have turned (restored) their hearts back to You again.”
38 Then the fire of the Lord fell and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood and the stones and the dust, and it licked up the water that was in the trench. 39 Now when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces; and they said, “The Lord, He is God! The Lord, He is God!”

Elijah turned (restored) their hearts back to Christ by calling upon the God of Abraham according to that pre-law covenant, to a status believers had before Moses and the law. He turned hearts to the fathers, the patriarchs Abraham, Isaac and Jacob for the covenant of faith.

The gospel had to be restored to what it was before the law and what it developed to be over the years. As we know, the law was added because of transgression till the seed would come (Gal 3.19). And again to the Jews chiding Him about marriage Christ said “it was not so from the beginning but Moses added it because the hardness of your heart. Indicating a change from Gods perfect will and a need to be restored.

John the Baptist in the spirit and ministry of Elijah restored access to the Kingdom (make straight the way of the Lord) by turning (restoring) their hearts to the faith of the fathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. By restoring to them that form of belief of justification by faith unto righteousness for a relationship right now with the God ( Gen 15.6) who seeks those to worship Him in spirit and truth, away from Jerusalem and the temple.

Here is the what the Angel spoke to Zacharias, John the Baptist father about John’s purpose in life in Luke chapter 1

16 And he (John the Baptist) will turn (restore) many of the children of Israel to the Lord their God. 17 He will also go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, ‘to turn (restore) the hearts of the fathers to the children,’ and (restore) the disobedient to the wisdom of the just (Abraham Isaac and Jacob) to make ready (restore) a people prepared for the Lord.” Meaning vessels prepared to receive the Son of whom all prophecies are fulfilled.

What did the Lord come to redeem, save and restore? A city? A nation? No. People
What did the Lord want to redeem, save or restore it to? A city? No. Himself
He came to redeem, save and restore people to Himself from a corrupt creation. As Christ prayed “Father I pray that you take them not out of the world, but you keep them from the evil one”. And He prayed “Father I pray that they may be with Me where I am that they may behold My Glory”. And that is with the Father. This is the restoration. Not an earthly kingdom. He has delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the Kingdom of His Son. His Son is the Kingdom.

At the transfiguration the disciples were delighted to see Elijah and Moses. So much so in fact that they wanted to make them each a temple. But what did the Almighty say to them? “This is My beloved Son, Him you shall hear. The disciples after hearing this looked around and saw Jesus only.  Christ is the fulfillment of all the law and the prophets. It is as we gaze at Christ in His full glory that we are transformed.

So let us rejoice in that restoration which points to Gods full revelation of Himself in His Son and accept a full relationship with God in Christ right now, for what was lost in the garden of Eden is restored. Today is the day of Salvation/restoration with Him right now!

Adams Millennium

ADAMS MILLENNIUM

God spoke to Adam at the tree of knowledge saying “in the day you eat of it you shall surely die. Adam died at 930 years and with God one day is as a thousand years. Adam died “in that day” in his millennium. The aspects of Adam and the fall are patterns of Christ.

We understand from Galatians 3.13 that the cross is regarded as a tree, “cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”.
Adam and that tree and that millennium signified a type of fruit from another tree and another millennium. We eat of the body and the blood of Jesus who is the fruit of the tree of life instead of the apple of death. In “that day” you eat of it you shall truly live. All who believe in the Son of God on the cross and His day of “in that day” have passed from death unto life. They are gifted with the millennium by faith, the 1000 year reign where they recon themselves dead to sin and the Adamic nature and alive to Christ. This is what Hebrews is referring to when it says “there remains a rest to the people of God”. A millennium meaning “in that day”, to be entered by faith.
It was at the cross the curse was reversed and a new humanity was born, a new creation. You see Adam was in an earthen vessel, made from mud, as are we. It is not necessary to wait for another day, hence “today” harden not your hearts. Peter said that baptism was “not the putting off the body but an answer of a clear conscience to God”. We don’t need a new body to pick up where Adam left off at the curse. We resume according to the plan right now. This is the Gospel!
When Joshua took them into the land and divided it, the physical promise of “the land” was fulfilled. However Joshua spoke of another day, the Holy Spirit signifying that “the land” was an eternal promise not a literal one.
Let me explain. In Christ’s day people called Him the “Son of David”. Well Solomon was the son of David, but because the promise was eternal and Solomon died, they received the son promise as spiritual.
The same way as the promise of the land. Because the promise was given “forever”, it could not have referred to this world which is passing away. The promise of “the land” was a picture and shadow of being “in Christ”. There is not one reference in the New Testament of “the land”. It was replaced for “in Christ”. He is the place where all promises are fulfilled.
Here again. The Lord calls Israel His firstborn son. (Ex 4.22) but is Israel really His Son? Not anymore than Joshua brought them to the land or Solomon was an eternal King. For God is spirit and He is truth and He seeks such to worship Him, like Adam before the fall. This is the reconciliation and the atonement, the gospel. Not a physical king or land.
So to be in Israel is being in the Son instead of Adam. Israel started as a people being the 12 tribes, then pictured as the land but the point is, We are in Israel and we are in the land and we are in the son we are in that day if we are “in Christ”
But this is where the rubber meets the road. This is where faith comes in. Because we can not see it and grab it or point to it, then we are in doubt. We do not believe. But God who calls those things that do not exist, as though they did, has put before us a choice. While we look not on the things that are seen, but the things that are unseen. That is right. For without faith it is impossible to please Him. If we can’t walk forward in this land of which I speak, we are doing the same thing the deniers of Joshua and Caleb and are classified with those in Hebrews 3.7-18
Adamites sins are acts of the body. The new mans sin is “unbelief” for whatever is not of faith is sin. We are judged by God on how well we can believe His word, regardless of what we see with our eyes. This is the land of faith.
When we read the old testament and the term “in that day” is read. It is not always referring to a singular day, the same time, but the same events that happens over and over and relates to the harvesting, not “a harvest”. It is futile to try to reconcile all the verses that say “in that day” to mean a literal single time. “In that day” is to get us to cross over from fact to faith, from physical to invisible.  For in reading the old testament there remains a veil, but it is taken off in Christ. Can you see it?
This is the confusion of the “science of eschatology”, to assume most scripture is open to be fulfilled. The pictures and patterns were laid out and fulfilled in their day, it left no need for it to happen again the exact same way. They too were pictures and patterns. The cycle of events will repeat themselves in this world as they always have. Think about it. There is no other topic so divisive to the people of Christ then “end times”. Where do divisions come from? We who then are risen with Christ should seek the things above, not on the earth.  The woes on earth are to make people look up, to awaken to faith and escape fear.
There is coming a day when the creation itself will be delivered from corruption to the glorious liberty we have right now. Yes we have been delivered from corruption(2 Peter 1.4) And yes the elements will burn with a fervent heat and all the earth and all it’s works will be burned up and our inheritance will be undeniable for we are absent in physicality but present in the invisible in the spirit by faith. It however is true, more so then what you see because it was and is and is to come. It is always.
Gal 6.14, God forbid that I should boast except in the cross (tree) of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom[a] the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. 15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but a new creation.16 And as many as walk according to this rule, peace and mercy be upon them, and upon the Israel of God.Not a physical people, not a physical place.
The Israel of God? Yes that is us. Those who are hidden in Christ, the new creation.

What is the millennium age?

PRIVATE: MY ANSWER WHEN QUESTIONED ABOUT A MILLENIUM AGE

What is the purpose of another earthly temple, especially a man made one. My question of the thousand years as a kingdom with Christ in the flesh is what I don’t understand. It would be a time that would require no faith and that is not like Him. Flesh and blood does not inherit the kingdom, His kingdom is not of this world, and we wait for the kingdom or righteousness which can only be the New Creation at the time when creation itself is delivered from the corruption. Romans 8.19-21

The people behind the temple today reference the Ezekiel temple as their pattern, when it was a vision of the eternal. Anyway the weakness and un-profitableness of this age cannot correctly portray these things, hence we look for a city whose builder and maker is God.

Once again I don’t see Christ, Peter or Paul refer to an earthly kingdom between the Jewish temple and the Heavenly city, quite the contrary. I don’t believe there will be any partial re-establishment of the old Covenant and that’s what an earthly city/temple would be. He takes away the first to establish the second. I believe the thousand year points to a heavenly reality. Revelation 20 never says Christ’s reign on earth is in His physical Presence. Daniel refers to the courts being seated, are we not seated? Are we not invited to His rest? Are we not ambassadors of another kingdom?

The rest is the sabbath, which is also interpreted thousand year reign in scripture just once.

We have a minister of the true sanctuary and true tabernacle which the Lord erected, not man. He 8.2
His tabernacle is perfect. He 9.11
The heavenly Holy of Holies is denied with an earthly temple.
Christ after dealing with sin, sat down at the right hand of God waiting till His enemies are made His footstool.

I don’t believe He is coming back to wage war, for our weapons are not carnal/earthly. His work at calvary is complete so He sat down and this is the rest, sabbath, millennium, reign of Christ we are invited to

The book of Hebrews is replete with pleadings to let go of the shadows, images, and patterns. Why would the Lord return to that? Those things are to take us o Him, not bring Him back. It is carnal thinking that turns the work and promises of Christ into future events to happen on earth.

We Speak What We Know

WE SPEAK WHAT WE KNOW

“Most assuredly, I say to you, We speak what We know and testify what We have seen, and you do not receive Our witness”.
At first glance we think “what’s the big deal?” The big deal is this, if somebody asked you about what you were going to eat and you said, “we are eating dinner then we will have desert after we sit down at ourtable. People would assume you were with somebody or that you were carrying passengers. (invisible friends)
The thing is Christ said that, while He was talking to Nicodemus. There is no mention of other people being there and it was actually at night that this conversation took place. Nicodemus did not want others to know he was even talking to Christ. If it was me in that situation I would exit stage left. We speak, We know , We see. Huh? C-ya! No wonder some people said he had a demon.
Yes this behavior is peculiar but there is more. Ya! So check this out. Jesus also frequently referred to himself as the third person. Here is an example from John 5.19:
Then Jesus answered and said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you,the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner.
He repeatedly calls himself “Son of man“, “Son of God” and He says things like “the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven”, “it’s time for the Son of man to be glorified”. He is talking of himself as the 3rd person.
He speaks of himself as if he is speaking of someone who is not there, but he is speaking of himself.
The truth of the matter is this. If you recall from the Genesis creation account, God said “Let us make man in our image and our likeness”. From this we can understand more of the plurality of God, and the Holy Spirit in Christ saying “We speak what We know and testify what We have seen.
With this in mind it makes sense that Christ spoke as 3rd person. A fact is this. Had Christ not been a plurality, He would not have been God. As scripture says ” for in Him dwells the fullness of the God head body”. and “He is the head of all powers and principalities” and “all things have been given to the Son”
I praise the father for this glorious gift for us.
Blessings

A STERN WARNING FOR SUPPRESSING THE TRUTH

A STERN WARNING FOR SUPPRESSING THE TRUTH

The Lord continually reached out to a disobedient people. He gave them warning after warning finally saying “if after all this you do not repent I will punish you 7 times more for your sins”. (Leviticus 26)

We see by the time of Christ He said “Oh Jerusalem I weep for you. If you only you had known your time of visitation. Now these things are upon you”. He came a thief in the night and they were left desolate.

We think, how can this be? All those innocent Jews! The desolation occurred, not one stone was left upon another. Jerusalem was seized and over thrown. The Lords patience ran out and they were judged. He said “All day long I have stretched out my hands to a disobedient and contrary people”. They were left desolate, condemned and annihilated.
The Lord said “On you shall be required all the blood of the Prophets from righteous Abel to Zechariah whose blood was spilled at the altar” and even John the baptist and the blood of Christ Himself. As He said “Fill up the measure of your fathers guilt!” And the words from the Jewsh populace “His blood be upon us”. And it was.
Leviticus 26 had been fulfilled. This is a horrific description of them killing each other and even eating their own children and being attacked by armies and wild animals. I know this is graphic and is largely unspoken of but He said do not add or take away from His words. So this should be a wake up call in our day. Nothing happened to the Jews they did not deserve.
They thought they did service to God, in the end they received the wrath of God. Woe! Let that sink in.
You see Romans 1 says that the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness in men who suppress the truth. And that is what they did. They were aware of Gods words and feelings about this and did not respond accordingly and His patience ran out. That was Gods wrath “to the Jew first”. They knew God and they suppressed the truth of God. They compromised His values and misrepresented Him.
We read on in Romans 1 that “they knew Gods eternal power and Godhead so they were with out excuse”. “They professed to be wise but became fools and turned the Glory of the incorruptible God into an image of an corruptible man”. They expected Christ to validate their Kingdom by giving them a man to preside in their preparations and are doing so today under the guise of a second coming, a phrase not found once in scripture.
This was the first great woe. They thought God was a man like them. Huh? Is not Jesus a man who will come to planet earth and rule from Jerusalem? That is your first strike.
For even in Samuel’s day when the populace demanded a king like all the other nations had. What did God tell Samuel? “Heed the voice of the people in all that they say to you; for they have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me, that I should not reign over them”. They exchanged the glory of the invisible God into the image of a man”, an invisible king for one thy could see. That’s right.
And again Samuel addressed the people saying “But you today have rejected your God, who himself saved you out of all your adversaries and tribulations and have said to Him, No, but set a king over us” presumably one they could see. Main stream Christianity today in the same way, rejects the rule and reign of Christ today in hopes for another savior. Meaning, the main body of Christianity today, preaches that the Christ man will be our king in a future time in a man-made Jerusalem on earth, and rejects the notion of the invisible God being our king now as it was before Samuel. Not knowing Him in this way, they too have rejected Him. They too have turned the Glory of the incorruptible invisible immortal God into a flesh and body man with their “end time” teachings of another coming Jesus.
Lets bring up the peoples response when Moses was sent to rectify the covenant in Horeb. Ex 24.7 “All that the Lord has said we will do it”. This same people did not want to relate to God and also said “Moses, you deal with Him we don’t want to”. They gave away their birth right and responsibility to relate to the Father. They were glad to have someone else talk to God for them and rejected the blessings of God Himself. Maybe like today. With books, commentaries, preachers and other peoples opinions about God, off and online. They have exchanged a personal relationship with God the same way they did. “You speak to the scary voice” for us. He can speak to the hand.
Here is where we are today. The truth is truncated because everyone receives knowledge of God from each other. They have to verify things with another mans testimony. One says I am from Paul or Apollos, or maybe a Baptist or Evangelical and this teacher or that. You are all acting like silly men with your own private club. Don’t you know there is only one body? But what does Christ say? John 2.23-25+ 5.31-36 The people saw the signs that He did and Believed in Him and it says, Jesus did not commit himself to them because He knew all men and he had no need for man to testify of Him.”
They think that if they use the name Jesus, they must be good but maybe they preach another Jesus.
From Paul in Galatians, The gospel I preach to you is not by man, for I did not receive it from man nor was I taught it but it came by revelation of Christ. In other words first hand.
Today especially with end times they follow each other from one supposed prophesy to another. Changing doctrines with each new world event, having no truth but strong opinions. Empty of faith profiting on these theories no matter how many times they change their opinion they repent not. Vipers hatching eggs of yet more vain theories deceiving and being deceived. These are the blemishes in your love feasts. They do not enter the Kingdom because for them it is later and they keep distracted others who are trying.
Hebrews 10 puts out a stern warning drawing a comparison from those who rejected Christ back then and now anyone who rejected Moses law dies with out mercy. Of how much worse punishment do you suppose he will be who thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, who counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing. For we know Him who said vengeance is mine, and again, the Lord will judge His people. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God”.
If you think God will put up with your flippant use of His name putting it on earthly things and on every wind of change, you are mistaken. You are using His name in vain. If you do not take these things upon ourselves and judge yourselves, you will be judged, for “judgment starts at the house of God. 1st Peter 4.17
Christ spoke very firm to the corrupt church in The Revelation of Jesus Christ with these words “I gave her time to repent, and I will cast her into a sick bed and all those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation unless they repent of their deeds”.
We need to get back to basics and back to the message preached by John the baptist, Christ, then those who heard. That is to “repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand”. This is as true today and every day as the day it was first spoken. When was the last time you heard that?
If you are preaching or believing in a kingdom of another day you do not have the King of Kings from the scriptures.
Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and Glory forever and ever. Amen
and
To the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and the Lord of lords who alone has immortality dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see. To whom be honor and everlasting power.”
The Kingdom of God is at hand, Amen

INTRODUCTION April 24 2012

There are so many distractions when it comes to our greater purpose. Life itself with all the demands around us. Things always commandeering our mind and physical senses. Most of the time we don’t even recognize this. We think as Christians that this will all stop, but then we find ourselves in a whole new set of challenges and distractions. Like which denomination am I? Which ones are distractions? I think all these questions are answered when we see The One calling us. I think He is as complicated and simple as the first words out of His mouth, His first expression to us. Even as it says in 1st John, “that which was from the beginning”. That is “The Kingdom of God is at hand”. He is our purpose and the purpose of this blog to focus on Him.

Some may ask of my qualifications. Some may want to reference what is said here, with commentaries and other sources. We have to admire the Bereans (Acts 17.11) for going to the source of all revelation, the scriptures. That is what I do. I will agree the the Apostle Paul when he says “the gospel that is preached by me is not according to man, I neither received it from man nor was I taught it, but it came through revelation of Jesus Christ”.

I have learned that everything about God is a revelation, and that the Only Begotten Son is His own self portrait. That “in Christ” is all His fullness and His invisible attributes. That silver and gold I want not, but His indescribable invisible gift of Himself. That all the promises of God have their fulfillment “in Him”. Not in an activity, or a church, or a nation, or an earthly kingdom, but “in Him”. Our citizenship is “in Him”. (Philippians 3.20).

If I am seen as foolish, and if it looks like I have nothing, this I know, that being found  “in Him”  I have everything. That since I receive His righteousness, and I “put Him on” as He said, as the new testament instructs, with all His invisible attributes, that I am clothed with the eternal and divest myself of these perishable rags, that those who are dressed in the world are the ones who are “poor blind and naked”. It is a pity that many who confess Christ see themselves as stuck in their humanity and wait for Christ to come as a man to rescue them from this world.

He came preaching “the Kingdom of God is at hand” because He is “the Kingdom”. His reward is with Him because He is the reward, it is Him. He is the same yesterday today and forever! He is not of this age or creation. His kingdom is not a juncture in space and time of the 6 day creation, but a reality.

When all the dust of this age settles, (Hebrews 12.22-28) when all that has been made has been removed, then all will see those who found “Him” will shine. There will be many who weep because they did not grasp the fullness of the gift that was “at hand”  that was available for them in this world by faith. Him who “was and is and is to come”. He always will be. For “of is fullness we have received”. If we seek Him by faith.

This One who said  “repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand!. This was not a statement said then taken away as meaningless or temporary, but is THE truth for all of mankind for all of ages. HIS KINGDOM IS emphatically AT HAND! Where you are right now!

I Timothy 6.15-16 He who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see, to whom be honor and everlasting power. Amen.

May He bless you with the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, to interact and associate with Him where ever you are for God is limitless. He is there. He is the “Lo I am with you always, even to the end of the ages”.

The Kingdom of God is at Hand as “The Kingdom prepared before the foundations of the world”. Amen

Enjoy.
