TOMB WHERE NO MAN LAY.

The eternal gift of life is timeless. What has been given to us “In Christ” cannot not be lost or taken away because it is not related to the creation of emc=square of time and matter or any of things made from the Big Bang. That is why we are instructed to not look at the things that are seen for the things that are seen are temporary but the things that are unseen are eternal. The gift from God can never be seen with human eyes. “Flesh and blood does not inherit the kingdom”. For even Christ himself, the one who brought immortality to light through the gospel, did not appear in His royalty. And His own words? “My Kingdom is not of this age”. Meaning this creation that we physically experience.

We are called to His eternal Glory. Paul said “to be found “In Him” not having my own righteousness but that which is by faith in Jesus Christ. Paul also said of his listeners that it was his desire to present them to the Lord as “chaste virgins”. This has nothing to do with our humanity or our past, of which Paul counted all as dung, but it has everything to do with us being found “in Christ”.

We see in Zechariah 3 Joshua the high priest standing before the Lord and Satan accusing him. And what did the Lord say of Joshua? Is this not a brand plucked from the fire? The Lord proceeded to instruct those who stood by to “take away the filthy garments, see I will clothe you with rich robes”. Those who stand before the Lord, and we all do if we have His Spirit, are never seen by Him in our old nature. For “even the holy angels behold the face of the Father when they see these little ones”. Us. It is only our guilty conscience and the fallen angels that try to drag our stinky old carcass into the presence of our Father. Like a cat dragging a half dead rat into the house. Get that thing out of here!

And this is what we do whenever we bring before the Lord our failures or our human accomplishments, good and bad. Our continual confessing of sin or bragging are equally repulsive to the Father. When it comes to sin His answer has always been the same. He dealt with it at the cross. Both of those actions deny the perfect offering, the sinless sacrifice, the lamb without spot or blemish. The one who died to free us from sin. Anytime we try to drag are old carcass into His presence it is as if we say ” No Christ wasn’t enough”. Even from Hebrews 10.2 that the worshipers once purged should have no consciousness of sin. Receive this gift for it is part of the package.

The Lord acknowledges those who exist on the resurrection side of the cross. This is why “if anyone is “In Christ” he is a new creation, all things are made new”. We offer ourselves living sacrifices which is our new spiritual man. As we learn to put on Christ we find ourselves in a place where no man can go, where no man has been, meaning those born from Adam.

You see Christ came to us by a virgin birth and He lay down after the cross in a tomb no man lay in before to display this truth. The place where He came from and where He went has nothing to do with man or time and matter And as we accept the gift, the new creation in His like likeness, the one who is spirit and truth, we too are found, that is our souls that have been purified by the word of truth, we are found as a tomb where no man lay and like the virgin whom no man has defiled. A place before and after all humanity Why? Because that is the timeless eternal gift spotless, pure and undefilable reserved for us in heaven. Which cannot be tainted by humanity and that includes our old dead carcass of a man.

Our human body and our mind as it relates to our old self are non existent and have no place before the throne of God. They are pre-Christ and unclean and nothing that is defiled can enter. The sacrifice you take into His presence is His Son Himself and that is what He sees in us. If there was any other acceptable gift then the Son, then the Son died in vain. This is what it means to be found “in Him’.

Are we “in Christ” or “in the world”? Are we trying to bring the half dead rat into the house of God? Are we offering up continual efforts of doing the best we can and covering our short comings with confessions instead of His blood? This is where Satan wants you to confuse you. The roaring lion who is seeking whom he may devour, knowing that this suffering is experienced by our brotherhood where? “in the world”. To that I say, get “in Christ”. Put on the “new man”.

I John 2.12+ I write to you children because your sins are forgiven for His names sake. I write to you new men because you have overcome the wicked one, and because you are strong and the word of God abides in you.
