In the Book of John Jesus says to the Samaritan women “You worship what you do not know. We know what we worship for salvation is of the Jews“. And as believers it is this question that we have to ask ourselves. Do we know what we worship? And, Do we know what salvation is? Jesus here ties the two together. Worship and salvation. The importance of this is evident. If we do not know what salvation is, we cannot know what we worship. We have discussed how a steward is a minister to administer, a distributor to distribute or a dispenser to dispense. That the words steward and dispensation come from the same Greek word in the New Testament. A minister and a steward of scripture distributes and dispenses the things of God according to the degree of what they have received and attained.
