Expired means to breath the last breath and release the spirit to become dead. Ex=out as in exit and exhale.

Expired is commonly known with products goods and fruit. When they have expired they are to be discarded as unusable.

Expired is similar to the word “fulfill” in that fulfilled means to be satisfied as with a debt to have that debt cleared to no longer be in effect so that in essence the debt is satisfied, fulfilled and expired. These words can be interchangeable in some sentences to teach the same conclusion.

Like with a loan agreement that has been fulfilled is expired. It just becomes a dead contract, but may remain archived as a matter of testimony. So that one may testify to the fulfillment and expiration of that contract.

And this is exactly what Christ did with the Old Covenant. To become the messenger of the New Covenant, who came with the authority as more than just the “messenger of the covenant” but with the authority as the One with the power implement it and expire the Old Covenant too as was evidenced at the Cross. All old debts were paid, for Him then to become NOT just the “The Messenger of The Covenant” as anticipated in the Old. But also the One with the power to enforce The New Testament, and open the door into the New Covenant era, because He was also the way to the Father saying “those who have seen Me have seen the Father. As being “The way the truth and the light” too, to all who would respond in kind, of “kind begats according to kind” to proclaim  that “The Kingdom of God is at hand” as spelled out by Him because He is also, “The Word of God”.

And because of this, after giving His Life as payment for the sin of all of mankind at the cross, past present and future . Then Him having been seen and heard by the disciples, after the cross, and that “by many infallible proofs“. That He had been raised from the dead as the disciples , who became Apostles because the qualification for being an Apostle much greater than Disciples and Prophets.(Acts 1.3). That His resurrection was the proof of power over sin and death, and His testimony of the gift an Eternal life given “to as many as would receive Him”, as the price paid and as tge executor of The New Will and Testament from that point on. It was soon after that, the disciples were waiting as Christ instructed them “not to depart from (that) Jerusalem to be expired as well. To wait there until you receive of the promise that you have heard from Me.” We’re the words of Christ. So that the “not many days from now, you (meaning the disciples) will receive the fulfillment of that promise and NOT some 2000 plus years later! As many suppose. That because of the empowerment of The Holy Spirit the disciples now Apostle’s were told now “you shall be witnesses for Me unto the ends of the earth and the end of the age preaching and teaching all I have commanded you”, and so we do. This has to do with the New and final Will And Testament, where Christ at the cross said “it is finished”. Then offered to humanity, to as many as would receive Him that way

That “to them He gave power to become His offspring, even to those who believe in His name” who came in the name of the Father.

It was then that the distribution of the dead mans goods to the heirs would take place as a result of that death. And why the Kingdom of God has been “at hand” ever since because Chris that Will and Testament because He is also The Word of God, John 1.1)

And not only did they have their inheritance made available to them back then, but then for us who would come later as those who are “born again” and those who are re-spirited by being “borne from above”. To mean that “To as many as receive Him, (speaking of Christ) to them He gave them power to become His children, even to those who believe in His name, who were not born of blood or man but of the Holy Spirit”. And this is still happening today!

Saying again “Today if you will hear His voice, harden not your hearts like they did in the wilderness!”

Meaning it started back then when the spirit went to the disciples behind closed doors in the upper room of the Old (to be destroyed) Temple, to have the Holy Spirit descend and remain upon them. These are “the New Covenant pillars” of the New Covenant House of God as being “where ever two or more are assembled (an Assembly of God) together in My name (meaning the Son of God) and there am I in their midst.” And NOT of a man made structure, but with the disciples assembled to the chief cornerstone. And if you remember Christ told Peter. I no longer call you Simon but Petros (meaning rock and Peter) saying,”and on this rock I will assemble (or gather) to My habitation. To “wherever two or more are gathered in My name” as Christ proclaimed!..

This is a transference of purpose from the Old Covenant Structures to the New. Whatever they were expecting in the Old Covenant, came into fruition in the New “from the beginning”. To mean the cross is our storehouse of goods to become godly, to realize and activate our inheritance with the immediacy of learning how to do so. How else could “The Kingdom of God” be “at hand” if this was not true? This is the Gospel!

That this is “the New and living way to the Father”. And of The Old expired Covenant? It was a Covenant like a contract saying “of you… Then I will… It was NOT a Will and Testament of a deceased as was the new as it pertained to the death and the resurrection of Christ as the empowerment and new life by inheriting the riches of That Kingdom.

The Old Expired so much so in fact that there would no longer be any use for such a failure, not of Testament, but because fallen humanity failed. And why would we say failure? Because how many righteous did the Old Covenant produce? “None, not not one”. That all though the old there were stewards called prophets and scribes, however no produce ever took root in the people to make them righteous otherwise that proverbial tree would NOT have been chopped down as the parable implied.

So that now here many years latter, and with another attempt to replicate the former Jerusalem on the final era. We say final because “The last days” started with Christs cross. So yhen to try to breath new life into that old covenant, dead body of beliefs and believers, would be to side with the condemned, despicable and fruitless branch.

For this was the reason for the prophecy of “The Man called the Branch” to insure that you don’t go back to any of the concepts of The Old Covenant. That He, meaning Christ back then, would branch out to the nations through His resurrected body , being a body of believers that replaced the temple made with hands, ALL TEMPLES. That Him, (meaning Christ) growing out of the Old Covenant as if it were dung, or fertilizer. Him being the Head of the body of Christ, being a class of believers, that He would instruct them, His body of believers, what to do and where to go with the first one of the promise of “having heard from Him to “go to the Gentiles” meaning Nations. To go “preaching and teaching all I have commanded you”. This is the replacement of the Old, to be last and final Covenant, that is in contrast with the Old Covenant that was just a testimony of how NOT to do it. Why? Because how many were righteous? None no not one.

And what we testify about the Jerusalem of Old, is that is was just as much a part of the “expiration” of that covenant for a habitation for the heirs to associate with. And just as they were in that Jerusalem. We are in The Son of God’s counterpart and wife called Heavenly Jerusalem come down of God from Heaven.” Which can only be true if She was of the same composition as The Son of God, and why we are “born again, as borne from above”. Of the Body of Christ. That we accepted the invitation to the wedding.

So for this reason “In the beginning was the Word. The Word was with God and the Word was God. And the Word became flesh and dwelled among us. But because before the beginning was the word who put on that flesh, only did so so that we in exchange would learn how to “put off the body deeds of the flesh as antagonistic and not the flesh itself, for us to in turn put on the righteousness of the Christ of the cross as a free gift of eternal life. So that “to as many as would accept Him (on His terms and conditions) to them He gave the power to become His children, even to those who (understand this) and believe in His name, to mean not a pronunciation but the very name that means “Savior”.

This was said to make it crystal clear that it was to save as the cause for all the incidents and actions of Christ from that time on. That the Savior came and saved. Any expectation of any other form of saving is ONLY done in competition of that one and only, perfect savings plan from the Father. You have to go to and through the Christ of the Cross for Eternal Life. And having done so, to walk in faith is to live a life as though it had happened because although you may have  not experienced a physiological change, the change was given. It is you who needs to act upon these truths,, or remain unchanged and looking for another act of God to then be accredited nothing to your account but unbelief. For one must first believe, and believe that He rewards those who diligently seek Him as an ongoing lifestyle. For in doing so, The Kingdom of God is still at hand. The rest is up to you and your ability to walk by and in faith. Amen!

Kingdom at hand
